The eight elegantly designed bedrooms and seven luxurious bathrooms provide a serene retreat, while the villa’s beautifully restored interiors capture the essence of Tuscany. Whether gathering for lively dinners, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or unwinding by the pool, guests will feel at home in this intimate and inviting sanctuary.

A magnificent 14x7-meter private swimming pool is framed by lush greenery, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and sea. The estate features expansive gardens with serene olive groves, multiple shaded terraces, gazebos, and two alfresco dining tables (seating 6-12 guests each), perfect for sunset aperitifs and outdoor gatherings. Poolside amenities include sun loungers, tables, umbrellas, a restroom, and an outdoor shower, with the water treated using minimal chlorine.

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment, a private cinema room, and a billiards table for leisurely evenings. A charming library with a projector and DVD player offers movie nights, while a card games table and an elegant terrace provide additional spaces for relaxation.

The villa’s kitchens are outfitted with high-end kitchen appliances—perfect for hosting up to 15 guests. A fully bespoke Tuscan kitchen on the ground floor ensures that every culinary need is met.
